Calendar for 2012
The Utah South Area Family History Training Center is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM except for state or national holidays. During the weeks of the Five Day Class, the resources of the Center available to the public will be limited due to student use of most of the computers. Please see the calendar below to determine when unrestricted resource time is available.
Experienced missionaries are available to give assistance during open hours. Former students are invited to drop in for help in reviewing their class training. Anyone wishing to use resources not available in their local Family History Centers are also welcome. Expert help in clearing names for temple ordinances is always available.
The Training Center is equipped with a network server giving access to all of the Church databases that are available on CD. Internet access is also available so that completed temple work can be checked on New FamilySearch. The library edition of Ancestry.com is also available.
FamilySearch Indexing classes can be scheduled by calling 801-356-9114. Personal training in FamilySearch Indexing is available during "Open to the Public" times.
Microfilms cannot be ordered at this Center. Please use your local Family History Center for film research.
